Accommodation Booking Terms and conditions:

Terms and Conditions
Room rates range from $115 single to $160 double per night (including GST) with discounted rates for longer stays.

Payment is accepted in Cash, traveller's cheques, credit card (Visa, Mastercard & AMEX) or company cheque.

Rates are in Australian dollars and the 2008 rates are valid until 31st December 2008.

Deposits
A booking will be confirmed as being reserved upon receipt of either 1 nights payment or by providing your credit card details.

The deposit is non refundable and should you cancel your booking and have provided your credit card details then a charge will be made for a minimum of 1 nights accommodation or 20% of the total accommodation costs booked.

Please note that providing your credit card details you are confirming your agreement to our Terms and Conditions and you are authorising Greenwich bed and Breakfast to charge your credit card for such cancellation costs.

Refunds
Should you cancel your accommodation within 7 days of your arrival date no refunds will be provided unless the room is rebooked. If the room is rebooked we will provide a full refund of your deposit.

Check In - Check Out time.
Check In time is by agreement at the time of the booking. Check Out time is by 10am with later times possible by arrangement.

* Weekly Special Accommodation Rates
A booking of seven nights entitles you to one free night. This means 6 nights at the normal rate and the seventh night is free.
